I'm registered for the Vino Fondo @ Sugar Creek Winery on May 14th. Has anyone participated before? I am really looking forward to the ride, but also the "party" afterward. I was wondering what the expectation should be for non-riders (people who would come and celebrate with the riders at the finish/winery). I want my wife and friends to join me, but want to make sure it will be conducive to them hanging out while they wait for me.  I'm assuming the winery is open to the public on that day.

Also, any tips on the ride would be welcome. I'm trying to get as many climbs and miles in my training as possible.

Thanks.

Depending on your friends activity level there are lots of nearby things to pass the time. More wineries, scenic drives, hiking Lewis and Clark trail. Visiting the radiation pile visitors center...
