Compression tights ???

if you have seen the chasing lance series, you see george getting adjusted by the team chiropractor, and if you look carefully you can see that he is wearing some kind of tights under his sweat pants. i would assume these would be compression tights.  dancers wear them to help keep there legs from getting tired and to promote circulation.

do you think they would help aid in recovery???

Yup...compression socks aren't just for the elderly! The use of them is also mentioned in, I think, Michael Barry's book, too. One needs to be sure he/she purchases the correct size, as too much compression could result in a too low flow ("ya gotta hate the low flow!") and too little produces too little benefit.

Scott, this is yet another advantage we married folk have over the singles...we can walk around the house wearing compression socks without fear of scaring anyone off!;)

what if they turn into constricting bands as you're moving?  

is that good?  

not that they would but I guess it could happen, right?  

It's a good excuse to save a few pennies per 10k units on lycra shorts though.  

I was told by at least one lycra shorts sales woman that the concept is being applied where riding shorts are concerned as well.
