I would have if they had a "format for printing link", but (a) they don't, (b) it stretches over 4 pages.

As my parents always used to say, "Life is tough!" ;)

Patrick -

That's an awesome story. I don't think many people appreciate the fitness level of the pro's. I know I can't get my head around it. I'm amazed at the fitness level of the Cat 3's!!!

I wonder what the fitness level of the average Cat 4 or 5 is compared to the regular population?

I'd bet it's very much ahead of everyone else. I work with people who are very used to heavy physical labor on a daily basis (concrete laborers-finishers) and i can guarantee you that they'd last about 15 minutes on a ride with a average cat 4 rider. Or until the first big acceleration.
It took a while but they've finally gotten over being shocked when i'd tell them i was putting in a 1 1/2 hr ride after a long day of pouring concrete & setting forms for the next day's work.
