Photos are up.  Check out the antics at the beginning of the A race.  Butthead showed off some stylin new socks to go with his kankles.  And a possible new pet to replace Bubba was suggested by Mike W.  But it didn't seem to go over too well, wonder why?

Those are terrific pics, Bobber.  What a great racecourse that was!

Too bad nobody got a pic of Rudy leading Heckawee John through the wheel tent in the C race.  Definitely a classic cyclocross moment....

It saddens me to see such an insensitive and discriminatory remark on this board.  I have it from reliable sources that Rudy was told before the race that getting lost was an important  'Heckawee' tradition, and that Rudy 'Heckawee Tent Convert' Black was merely showing solidarity with his 'Heckawee' brothers with this bold gesture that re-defines the evolving sport of cyclocross.

Great pictures and a great course!!  Thanks Mike W and all the Big Shark folks.  Thanks too to Buddy for being an inspiration to us all. . .

Just an opinion question--how do you think the course would have been in reverse?  In particular, I'm wondering how that hill with the obstacle would have been going down. . .

I'm pretty sure I would have been somewhere down in the playground instead of making that corner at the bottom with that kind of momentum - even on foot!

As Underchief of the Heckawee Brethren, I hereby extend to Rudy full Heckawee priviledges, together with all rights thereunto appertaining.  No one in America can lead the pack through a wheel tent like Rudy can!

Yeah, Rudy met all Heckawee criteria: lost on his bike. By the way, I tested positive for stupid after the race. If you can't have fun in the C race on Sunday then fun must be illegal.

(Triva question) I am wondering if anyone on the Heckowee team knows the origin of this interesting name?
