Metro East Levee Trail in Cahokia, Illinois. Horrible. At least the part from the trailhead off of Millstadt Rd / Hwy 163. Large loose gravel. I mean LARGE LOOSE GRAVEL! I rode off the side in the grass. Daughter got beat up on a suspension mountain bike. We turned around at 2.5 miles. Maybe the part between I-255 and the Mississippi River is better. I'll never know.

I'll 2nd that nomination.
It's only a couple miles from my house, I've ridden on it twice after it was first opened and it was already unfit for bikes. Haven't been back since.
