Living over in Collinsville and considering spinning classes over the late fall and winter months.  Does anybody have anything to recomend?  Thanks.

It is pretty out of the way from Collinsville but if your commute puts you near the West side of Belleville, Kingspoint has morning (5:45am) and various evening classes.  www.kingspoint1.com

bike surgeon used to do spinning.. not sure i'd call them classes but about 10-20 people used to show up... contact them... they'll know
