Wow!  First place was a 1:00.981, and Bobby Lea who rode a sub 1:05 (1:04.835) was not even in the top ten. Crazy fast stuff, a sub 1:05 doesn't buy what it used to.

. . . that's only about a second slower than the winning kilo time at the world champs in australia last April, where Stephan Nimke won the individual event kilo with a 1:00 flat . . .
