The Toilet Bowl is an excellent teaser for the cx season.  :-)
The guy who came up with the design for the "Toilet Bowl" spiral of death is none other than Greg "the goat" Suter. He was there every Thursday evening helping set up and tear down plus checking the course after every race.

He's been there every Thursday for the past 5 years that I know of.  Greg is a good dude.
Why act your age?-For your kids? Sursly?

If you attended the Dirt Crits as a racer, spectator, heckler, or volunteer please consider calling the park office and leaving a message saying thanks for use of the park.  The park folks did receive an unspecified limited amount of complaints from other park users during the dirt crits because bikers were racing on their walking trail on a Thursday night.

The park officials were understanding about things and know there were no real problems, but sometimes they listen to one complaint and let that guide their trail use decision over the several hundred happy customers.  Minority rights versus majority rule type of thing.   Rather than hear from a limited amount of complaints it would be nice to hear from the 150+ participants about how great the events were run, thanks for use of the park, and how well behaved all trail users were to accommodate the weekly events.  This has been a concern at more than one bike, run, canoe, event at the park and not just a dirt crit issue.

Please call the park office and say thanks and how much you enjoy the park with your friends and family.  Park Office: 636-227-4433
