Results for tonight's Goldenberg Heller Wednesday TT are posted and series standings updated on STLTT.com
Hard as it might be to believe, we had several personal bests tonight. I guess some don't wilt in the heat.
I think this was the first night up there this year when the wind was near zero all night. Too bad, because a little breeze would have felt great at the start and finish lines.
OK, check your results please. I was having a hard time writing down categories with sweat dripping on the page, so if I messed anyone's category/class up let me know. Otherwise I'll do the usual upload to USACycling in a day or two.
Tonight's free riders were Chris Ramirez, Claire Brook, Stephen Gordon, and Greg Hoch. A special nod to Doug for lending Greg his shoes so he could take advantage of it.
Also thanks Ron and Lynn, as always. You guys make life so much better for everyone out there. And thanks everyone for coming out. It's never a dull moment. WNTT is one great way to spend a Wednesday evening.

A big thanks to Doug Havlin for letting me use his shoes and to Mark and team for waiting and letting me go last after Doug finished. I couldn't believe I pulled that knucklehead move but appreciate the consideration. And Doug didn't have to worry as he beat me as usual. I guess his shoes didn't have some special magic in them for me.......

Having grown up in St. Louis without air conditioning, I've come across plenty of "It was so hot ... " sayings - one could just as easily have said "It was so hot the chickens were laying hard boiled eggs." Lets hope that next week they'll just be gently poached ...
