Yes I am one of a handful of people who doesn't have cable or satellite. Is there anywhere I can watch the tour or tour highlights? It seems like each year becomes more and more difficult to find someplace to watch. Ridiculous if you ask me. I would love to catch some of the tour if I can. Thanks for your help.

I don't have cable or dish either, but NBC has live online coverage for $23 for the remainder of the stages; no commercials; you get the start and commentary by an Australian guy, then Phil and Paul take over with 100K to go.  previous stage is archived so you can watch the entire stage that night and skip around all you like.  I hate sounding like an ad for NBC but I'm really happy with it . . . now if only they had a similar package for the Olympics without forcing me to buy cable.

The links on cyclingfans.com are free.  They do have a few commercials but it's not nearly as broken up as the NBC Sports coverage. Plus, if you want to work on your French, you can find the feed from the French TV but there are usually one or two English options too.

I found the free ones you have to wake up pretty early to catch the feed.  Time to buy your buddy a beer and watch at there house. :)  Can you say slingbox?

The NBC online is a great deal. You can watch at your leisure, it's in HD and no annoying commercials.

I've enjoyed the NBC Online coverage.  I'll probably re-subscribe next year too.

Does the NBC coverage only work on windows, or does it have ipad/android capability as well?  Basically, is it flash only?
Thanks

There's a separate tour de France app that you can get for mobile devices.  It's 15 bucks in the app store and it has live streaming and highlights.

Last Saturday and Sunday it was on regular NBC in the morning.  I guess since they lost Wimbledon to ESPN(which sucks because I don't have cable or a satellite either) they decided to air some of the Tour.  It was on for about 3 hours if I remember right.

ITAP Soulard would be likely to put it on.
