Any one know of rides or rides near St. Paul or Lake St. Louis? I don't do hammering (more in the 16-18 range). Would be interested to know if there are groups/others who ride similar times and speed.

I think Momentum cycles has a Thursday evening ride that starts in St. Peters and goes through St. Paul. There is/was a Trailnet century that started in St. Paul also. Check both their web sites.

not to be exclusionary but, the Momentum ride on Thursday is a very fast hammering type ride, so this may not suit your interests.
