Does anyone know of any practice courses in Kansas City where one can practice cross? I'm thinking something similar to Forest Park in St. Louis since I find I miss having a convenient place to go since I've moved. I know I can make something up on my own and I will if I need to, but I just wanted to make sure I couldn't put the course creating efforts of someone else to good use first.

there are other parks/groups that do their own things on different nights
keep your ear to the ground
