Sorry to say, if you missed tonight you missed a fast one. Low wind and reasonable temperatures made for good conditions. I heard more than a few talking PRs. Well done everyone!

Going forward I'll be uploading results to a new site I just built. You can find tonight's results here. One of the cool things about having them on a web site is the server can update the standings as quickly as the results are in (and correct). So not only are results up, so are the series standings.

Please take a minute to review your results and let me know if anything's amiss. If all is well I'll upload them to USACycling in a day or two.

Oh, and if you see any bugs on the new site let me know about them too.

Thank you Lynn and Ron for your help at the start and the finish. As always, we couldn't do this without you.

Goldenberg Heller Time Trial Series results and standings can be found at STLTT.com

Really cool results website Mark.  My only suggestions would be to put a Mph column in the Weekly results and Placing cloumn in the individual rider results page (maybe mph here as well?).

Really nifty site. The rider list link makes it easy and quick to put today's time in the context of past results - one's own as well as others' times. The sun was a bit in my eyes, but I thought I saw Moe burning up the road last night, on course for what must've been a PB - where is his time?

I'm glad you like the site. Trust me, it was born out of necessity. Letting a server keep track of bibs, names and times; and letting it mash all that data around into results, standings, and the export format USACycling understands will save me a ton of time. Thanks for the good ideas Brady. I'd thought of that but decided to go ahead and launch version 1.0 with the bare essentials. Look for more in a future release. Yes Madeleine, I never gave a thought about removing my test riders, Moe and Jersey. They don't ride much though   :)

This is an impressive format - thank you Mark for organizing this and making the times so quickly available to everyone. Your commitment to quality and attention to detail is top notch. We are lucky to have you run this series and donate the time and your own personal runs to make it happen. Cheers to you and all those that support you to make this happen for us all to enjoy.

Mark

This is a newbie question.  How are WNTT scored? Like, what and why for points we receive.

If its a lengthy discussion feel free to send me a link or something to read.

Thank ya sir!

Andy H.

Each rider gets one point for finishing plus one point for every rider he/she finishes ahead of. The fastest rider in each category is awarded one bonus point.

For example, in a category with 3 riders the points are awarded as: 1st - 4 points / 2nd - 2 points / 3rd - 1 point
For a category with 4 riders, points are awarded: 1st - 5 / 2nd - 3 / 3rd - 2 / 4th - 1

Thanks Brady. The MPH suggestions, I like that. Done.
I'm not sold on the placings idea for individual rider pages. Without the context of who was there it feels more like data than information.
