I started training/intervals in Rockwood nearly every evening to avoid traffic but its just getting too dangerous. I know that deer and the rest of her gang...they lurk by the side of the road waiting for us. They have organized others now... the turtle, the two groundhogs, and the pack of squirrels that wait in the middle of the road until you are almost on them then deliberately run zig zag as you approach so you don't know which way they will go,

I damn near hit a deer last night in Rockwoods Reservation.... my son was riding his bike @ Mizzou and had that steer cross his path. They all must be out to get us!!!
