Surprisingly I have not one but two weekends without race support gigs in June. Don't worry boys and girls, the Tour of America's Dairyland with it's eleven days of racing in the last of the month will certainly give me my fill of race support, but back to the topic at hand.

I have heard of some desire and am seeking more input. I am willing to spend the better part of one or maybe two weekend days at Penrose. The weekends I have open right now are June 9 and 10, June 16 and 17. The first of these two dates is preferred. I'm just putting this out there for now, I will commit to this if/when there is sufficient interest. Please post your thoughts and comments here.

It would be a great time to do the things that suck up a lot of track time like flying 200's and other timed events.

Steven, that's a very generous offer, would be great have a swept track, company, and get a 200m time.  If lots of people are doing pursuits, is it possible to do individual workouts above the stayers line simultaneously?  I wouldn't want to sit around in the heat and watch a gazillion 4K pursuits.

For me, I'm free . . .

Sat Jun 9, after noon
Sun Jun 17, after 4pm

I'd love to do it, as the opportunity to practice the events that one actually races at Nats, is rare.  However, Saturday is not so good for moi.
The older I get, the faster I was. ;)

I would definatly come out to these if work doesn't interfear. I like the idea of workouts above the line while people are doing some time trials.

My offer is for Saturday and/or Sunday or for that matter both. I might even go up all four days given enough interest.

This offer is solely for what those present want out of it. Some compromise will be necessary but with just a little planning we can likely please all. If you are interested please reply with an approximate time and date and what kind of riding or event you wish to do. I will definitely hold a round of flying 200's and run a few Kilo's. We can hold some Olympic Sprints or Pursuits or whatever else your hearts desire within reason.

Do post when and what here so others get an idea of what we may do. @swikles

Boys and Girls,

Something last minute has come up. I'm helping a team for a couple of races those being Nature Valley and Road Nationals in Augusta.

That does not mean that you all can't still hold you own practice. If you need a bike I think something can be arranged.

That does means I will miss a couple of Thursdays soon, leaving Saturday I think, this all happened yesterday. I have some of the details worked out with others helping with parts of running it but I/we could use a little more. Not much, just little things like take over the sweeping or set-up and take-down assistance. I'll do everything I can from the road and I will be in town on June 28th, I'll be just passing through between TOAD and Tour of Lawrence.

I'll have more details soon and see you all tomorrow.

Turn three is the roughest of ol' Mr. Bumpy, glad you handled that so well.

Yes it is all set. I am leaving tomorrow to work for Exergy Team Twenty 12 at Nature Valley and then Road Nationals in Augusta. I will miss the next two Thursday track evenings returning on the 28th. You all will be in good hands because of the excellent help that will be taking over for me.

You all behave while I'm away.

Hey, you did a great job holding it together.  I just heard a *klunk* and saw parts flying on the self-cleaning turns, and prayed I wouldn't run over anything.
