Hellbender is coming....

Updated race bible and course info are now posted!
http://www.stlbiking...llbender-omnium

Routes are now in MapMyRIDE:
Junior (10-14): (16 miles):  http://www.mapmyride.../view/92594967/
Junior (15-18): (31 miles): http://www.mapmyride.../view/91958295/
4/5, Masters, Women: (52 miles):  http://www.mapmyride.../view/91933347/
Pro/1/2, 3/4: (87 miles): http://www.mapmyride.../view/91962361/

Road race begins and ends in Rolla this year - right off I44, across the street from the hotel sponsor, and near restaurants.  Much easier to get to and from.

Crit is same route as last year, but with a different finish line.

Omnium winners in Pro/1/2 and Cat 3/4 each go home with a shiny new Kuat rack!

due to the lollipop shape of the road race course, will there be a feed zone?

Would really help if we also had Hooter girls there handing out the drinks? that will inspire us to dig deep.  Just a thought ;)

Just do like Mario Cippolini and tape "an inspiring" picture to your stem.

Yes, there will be a designated feed zone area, just south of Newburg where the loop meets the lollipop stem.  The feed zone will not be manned by Hellbender staff, but your own support people are invited to be there for you.

Sorry, no Hooters girls!

We will have a large team in the 3/4 road race. Really wish we could be there to contest the omnium but we are helping an illinois rider in his bid for a state crit championship the day before north of Chicago. Excited for the race though.
The pursuit of winning is everything.
