Thanks for posting Devin!
Q: Do you really sprint with such reckless abandon that you need straps?

I guess this means we won't be seeing Brad at Froze Toes this year with his frame pump and suitcase of a saddle bag?

???

Eric Young is the Bissell rider who beat Huff for the win in last years Pro Criterium Championships. Huff said in the interview that he'd like to win the Pro Criterium again.

Duh, ???=the pro crit champs are pretty wide open, saying somebody can win it two consecutive times is what I would call "bold".

Saying a rider would win it his first season as a PRO is pretty bold too, but then again Eric Young did that. I'm not hating on Huff - I'm just saying I have my money on Young.

Unless I'm missing something 3 guys have won this back to back.  Only real results I could find were on Wikipedia though so who knows.  Also when you take into account a strong team like Bissell and the way pro teams can shut races down with TTT corner chops and multi-lap leadouts, it seems feasible.

I hope you guys atleast read the whole interview and didn't just stop at "US Pro Criterium Championships" and then begin some fredesque speculation on who the favorite was...

Hey now, you were part of the fredly speculation too.  But yeah, read it, cool interview, impossible not to like the guy.  My favorite part was that he mentioned he didn't really have a coach, just a powertap.

I was surprised by that too, I mean, he has a contract with Jelly Belly, I thought a coach came with the team?  Guess coaches cost money.
