my wife was flipping channels and caught a couple seconds of a Penrose Park promo on PBS ch 9-3 last night (Wed 1/24 about 8pm) because they showed the big cracks in the pavement and cyclists "going around in circles", didn't get many more details other than they were interviewing a cyclist, anyone else see it?

Didn't see it, but I'm assuming that its an old piece they did from a few years ago, maybe they were just showing it again?
