I forgot my F-in work shoes, that's how my ride was today. duh. so now I have to click-clack around the office like a goofball in my silver and black specialized velcro strap micro adjusting strap look cleat road shoes like a total idiot! that's how my ride was today, thanks for asking!

Find some tissue boxes and empty them. BAM! Instant shoes. Leave some tissues in the bottom if you want extra cushioning

Better yet, get a cheapo pair of shoes that are work-acceptable and leave them there in a drawer. BAMMO! No need to carry work shoes with you.

yeah . . . not the only life at risk. if there's any lesson to be learned from last season, it's that it's dangerous to come out of the pedals during a sprint. I'll definitely be getting new cleats all arouond before racing this year. bh
