Check out this story and neat video on Missouri's bear population from Rural Missouri. Interesting to learn they are active in the daytime and also the range they are covering. Anyone encountered a bear on their mountain bike yet?
What, me hurry?

Never encountered a bear, but you know the rule. Always go camping/biking, etc. with a slower friend. That way if you ever get attacked by a bear, you don't have to be able to outrun the bear, just your slower friend!
