Has anyone been on the trail in since the storm of the century? Thinking of riding from O'fallon to a b-day party in St. Charles sat.

I have not been on the Katy since the ice and snow from Mon - Wed, but I was on the Katy last Saturday and there was lots of snow remaining from the previous snow event. It was very difficult riding on my 29er.

I rode Sunday for 2 hours on cx bike, but was sliding around constantly which kept my HR high and my lower back sore.
good workout, but handling constantly gets blah. stick to plowed pavement IMHO
its gonna get nicer later in the week.
