ToM 2010 Tentative Dates

I read in the March issue of Cycle Sport America that the ToM's 2010 date is August 31- September 6. Does this mean there have been any decisions concerning whether or not we'll have it this year? Fingers crossed...

I heard something the other day on the radio about Lt. Gov. Kinder being optimistic about it happening this year.
