Looks like there may be a break in the rain this afternoon so they might be able to finish.    But what if it were to continue raining like it is this morning?   I can't imagine they would line up.   Would the last stage be cancelled.   Would it be run on Monday?   What's the thought process here?

Street flooded. Sewers backed up in basements all up and down the street. Couple of floating cars that were parked in the street. Looks like I'll be cleaning the basement all day (again. Happened this spring too). No volunteer or race for me today.
