Won a couple at Penrose Velodrome tonight in the C's. It's hard to believe that 6 months ago I was in the bed, in pain so bad I couldn't even turn over. And now I'm winning races. C races, albeit. I'm just extremely grateful for my health. Don't let your injury dictate your life. Ever.
