The 13th Annual Tour de Cape is a charity ride originating in historic downtown Cape Girardeau, Missouri. Our goals are to promote bicycling for health, recreation, and transportation. The majority of the proceeds are used to help the Mississippi Valley Therapeutic Horsemanship program provide services to children with disabilities.
