Join the fight against cancer with hundreds of cyclists for Pedal the Cause’s second-annual bike challenge. 100% of the proceeds will go to cancer research at Siteman Cancer Center and St. Louis Children’s Hospital.

The ride will be on Sunday, October 7th and start and finish at Soldiers Memorial in downtown St. Louis. Riders have the choice between three different courses—a shorter 25 mile course, a 50 mile course, and a 70 mile course.
