Instructions
Click on the date for your ride or event. Two text boxes will appear. The top box is the title of the event or ride. The second box is where you can paste all the details of the event including links etc.

It seems the more comprehensive application used earlier was difficult to master. This application is easy to use. However, you might find it easier to create your text in another application such as word then copy and paste into the calendar.
